It appears that this debate, on which policies get you out of a crisis best, is not going to end anytime soon. A very good piece from the Mises Institute argues that mistakes were made on both sides, but boy oh boy did Iceland get it wrong with its inflationary tactics. Who knew that the euro might have actually instilled some discipline in Ireland that was absent in Iceland?
